See every new job in context
Each lead arrives with the client’s hiring history, the budget and the reason Lancer thinks it fits your campaign.
Edit the cover letter
Open the AI-drafted cover letter, change what you want and keep your edits for the proposal.

How it works
- 1
Connect Slack. Click Add to Slack on this page, or open a campaign in Lancer and connect from its Notifications tab.
- 2
Pick a channel. Choose where the campaign's leads should go. For a private channel, first run
/invite @Lancerin that channel so it shows up in the list. - 3
Work your leads. New leads arrive as messages with buttons. Review, edit and decide without opening Lancer.
Permissions and privacy
Lancer asks Slack for four permissions, and nothing else:
channels:readSee the list of public channels, so you can pick one for alerts.groups:readSee the private channels Lancer has been invited to, so you can pick one.chat:writePost lead alerts and update them after you approve, hold or reject.chat:write.publicPost into a public channel you picked without having to join it first.
Lancer only posts into channels you connect. It does not read your messages.
We keep your workspace ID and name, the channels you pick, the bot token Slack issues and the IDs of the alerts we posted (so we can update them). When you uninstall the app or disconnect Slack in Lancer, the connection and token are deleted, within 14 days at most.
